Indoor (Senior): Competed in seven meets, including The Summit League Championship … Helped the women’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth place finish at the championship (Feb. 28) … Ran personal-best in the 400-meters at The Summit League Championship, placing ninth with a 58.36 (Feb. 27) … Finished second in the 600-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invitational, running a season-best 1:37.07 (Jan. 23).

Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran six times … Clocked a season-best 62.32 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Drake Relays to finish sixth, and move into No. 7 at UND (April 24) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship … Placed seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at The League Championship (May 14-15).

2019-20
Indoor (Junior): Earned All-Summit League honors after helping the distance medley relay team to a second place finish ... Competed in all seven meets ... Improved to sixth all-time in the 600-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic, finishing second with a 1:36.49 (Feb. 15) ... Ran the third leg of UND's fifth-place finishing 4x400-meter relay team at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 29).

Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) ... Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles, running a 1:06.55.

2018-19
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Ran on the 4x400 and Distance Medley Relay teams that finished eighth and fourth, respectively, at the conference championship ... Ran a career-best 9.66 in the 60-meter hurdles at the North Dakota Indoor Open (Jan. 26).

Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in seven meets ... Placed fifth at The Summit League Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with personal-record 63.05, the eighth-fastest time in UND history (May 10) ... Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Ron Masanz Classic (April 27).

2017-18
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the fourth-fastest 600-meters time in school history, clocking 1 minute, 37.04 seconds at the UND Indoor Open.

Outdoor (Freshman): Injured and not compete.

Before UND
A 2017 graduate of Roseau High School … Five-year letter winner in track … Earned all-conference cross country honors in 2016 … Also served as the team’s captain … Earned a fourth-place finish in 2016 and a second-place finish in 2017 at the state meet in the 300-meter hurdles … Also a state participant in the 100-meter hurdles and the 4x400 … Named to the all-state track team in both 2016 and 2017 … Set the school record in the 100-meter hurdles … Also a state hockey participant.
