2019-20
Cross Country (Junior):
Second Team All-Summit League ... Finished 14th at The Summit League Championship to claim final all-league spot, sprinting down final straight away to steal spot from NDSU's Mikayla Koenig (Nov. 2) ... Finished in the top half at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 15) ... Broke 22 minutes in the 6K at The Summit League Championship ... Recorded a top-10 finish at the Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 19).

Indoor (Senior): All-Summit League in the 800-meters and the distance medley relay ... Moved up to No. 2 all-time and was .14 shy of setting a new record in the 800-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 15); ran a 2:10.31 to win the event ... Fastest 800-meter time in Division I history upon graduation ... Ran the third leg in the UND record setting distance medley relay team (11:43.73) with at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 15) ... Finished third in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 29); clocked the fastest time in the preliminary round ... Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth place finish in Fort Wayne at The League Championship.

Outdoor (Senior): Ran the fastest time in Division I history in the 800-meters with a 2:10.09 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 14).

Named to The Summit League's 2018-19 Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List.

Cross country (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 9) ... Ran a personal-best at The Summit League Cross Country Championship, finishing 24th with a 22:39.5 (Oct. 27).

Indoor (Junior): Competed in five meets ... Finished second in the 600-meters at the North Dakota Indoor Open with a 1:36.49, clocking the fourth-fastest time in program history (Jan. 26) ... Finished fifth at The Summit League Championship in the 800-meters with a PR 2:13.40 (Feb. 23), the sixth-fastest time on UND's top-10.

Outdoor (Junior): Ran in seven meets ... Recorded a career-best 4:41.58 in the 1,500-meters at the South Dakota Challenge (April 6) ... Just missed a UND top-10 time in the 400-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic with a personal-record 58.69 (April 27) ... Just missed the podium in the 800-meter final at The Summit League Championship, running the fastest time in UND's Division I history (2:10.62) to finish fourth (May 10) ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to a sixth place finish (3:50.65), helping North Dakota secure a third place team finish (May 10).

2017-18
Cross Country (Redshirted): Redshirted the cross country season due to injury.

Indoor (Sophomore): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Ran the ninth-fastest 800 meters in school history with a time of 2 minutes, 14.26 seconds at the South Dakota State Indoor Classic (Feb. 10) … Won the 800 meters at the Thundering Herd Classic (Jan. 14).

Outdoor (Sophomore): Repeat selection to the 2018 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Member of UND’s 4x400 relay team that qualified for the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship … Member of UND’s 4x800 relay team that ran the 10th-fastest time in school history (9:20.78) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational … Ran the 10th-fastest 800 meters (2:12.63) at the Drake Relays (April 27) … Earned second track letter.

2016-17
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in six of UND's seven meets as a freshman ... Ran season-best 5K time of 19:10 at the SDSU Classic ... Earned first letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Made her freshman debut at the NDSU Bison Classic … Competed in both the 800-meters and the mile during the indoor season.  

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team … Ran the 10th-fastest time in UND history in the 800-meters … Earned her place in the top10 with a time of 2:13.39 at the Big Sky Conference meet … Earned first track letter. 

Before UND
A 2016 graduate of East Grand Forks Senior High ... Lettered six times in track and twice in cross country as a prep ... Named Grand Forks Herald Female Athlete of the Year in 2016 ... Named track team's Most Valuable Runner three straight years from 2013-15 ... Graduated as the school record-holder in the 5K and the 800 meters ... Also set the Subsection 31A 800 record ... A three-time state qualifier in the 800 meters ... Took fourth place in the event in 2015 and sixth place one year earlier ... Section 8A champion in the 800 in both 2013 and 2014 ... True team 8AA 800 champion in 2014-15 ... State qualifier in cross country in 2015 and a two-time team MVP ... Also lettered four times in both hockey and soccer ... Majoring in  mechanical engineering ... Daughter of Cary Eades and Dana Eades ... Both parents attended UND ... Father played hockey at UND from 1978-79 to 1981-82 and was a member of UND's 1980 and 1982 NCAA championship teams ... Also later served two stints as a UND assistant coach from 1984-85 to 1988-89 and from 2004-05 to 2011-12, winning another NCAA championship in 1987 ... Is currently the head coach of the United States Hockey League's (USHL) Fargo Force.
