Cross Country (Junior):  Finished 13th at the Ron Pynn Classic and 34th at the SDSU Classic as North Dakota won both meets to start the season... 153rd out of 265 competitors at the Arturo Barrios Invitational where North Dakota defeated five regionally ranked teams ... unable to finish the season due to illness

2020-21
Cross Country (Sophomore): Did not compete.

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran in five meets during the regular season … Set personal-bests in the 800-meters, the mile and the 1,500-meters … Placed third in the mile at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 20).

Outdoor (Freshman): Competed at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Ran a career-best in the 1,500-meters.

2019-20
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran three races, including The Summit League Championship ... Debuted at the SDSU XC Classic (Sept. 13).

Indoor (Freshman): Competed three times ... Ran the 600-meters twice and the 800-meters once ... Finished third in the 600-meters at the UND Open and Multi (Feb. 1).

Outdoor (Freshman): Did not compete.

Before UND: Ran five seasons at Davies before competing for Fargo South ... State qualifier in the 3,200-meters as an eighth grader ... Three-time qualifier for the NDHSAA Division A State XC Championships ... Ran for the Team NoDak Track Club, qualifying for the 2016 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships in the 2,000-meter steeplechase.

Personal: Majoring in Pre-Nursing.
