Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season with a time of 20:15.5 at the Ron Pynn Classic to finish 20th, helping the team finish as the runners-up ... Posted a 6K season-best time of 19:50.2 to take 37th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight.

2021-22
Cross Country (Redshirt Freshman): Did not compete due to injury.

Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Did not compete in any meets.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 19th ni the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:59.00 ... Also ran a season-best time of 4:22.83 in the 1,500m at the USD Early Bird.

2020-21
Cross Country (Freshman): Redshirt season ... Did not compete.

Indoor (Freshman): Competed twice … Made collegiate debut at the Dakota Duel, finishing eighth in the mile with a 4:39.66 (Dec. 4).

Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

Before UND: Four-time letter winner in cross country and track & field ... Also played hockey for the Lumberjacks ... Captained the cross country, track & field and hockey teams at Bemidji ... Earned all-state cross country honors as a senior ... Three-time state meet qualifier ... Named cross country MVP as a junior and senior ... Helped the Lumberjacks to a cross country sectional championship in 2016 ... Sectional team runner-up in 2018 and 2019.
