Cross Country (Junior): Began the season with a time of 19:38.6 at the Ron Pynn Classic to take 16th and help the team finish as the runners-up in the team race ... Ran a time of 19:06.6 and was 21st at the MSU Dragon Twilight ... Crossed the finish line 145th at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 26:40.9 ... Clocked a time of 25:20.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic to come in 150th ... Posted an 8K PR of 24:43.0 at the Summit League Championships to get 36th, helping the team place fourth in the team competition ... Ended the season with a 10K personal-best time of 32:31.8 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 173rd.
Indoor (Junior): Did not compete in any meets.
Outdoor (Junior): Posted a season-best time of 1:56.39 in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2021-22
Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 11th in a time of 18:49.7, helping the Fighting Hawks claim the team title … Took 37th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 27:36.4 … Crossed the finish line 200th with a time of 27:44.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational … Finished 184th at Texas A&M, running a time of 26:32.9 … Was the fifth runner to cross the line for UND at the Summit League Championships and finished 33rd with a time of 26:21.2 … Finished 171st at the NCAA Midwest Regional, as the third Hawk to cross the finish line in a time of 34:08.4.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran season-bests in the mile (4:34.01) and 3,000m (9:15.65).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 14th in the 1,500m (4:08.88) and 16th in the 800m (1:56.50) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Put down a season-best in the 800m (1:55.48) at the USD Challenge.
2020-21
Cross Country (Freshman): Finished 19th at The Summit League Cross Country Championship … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in seven meets … All-Summit League … Helped the distance medley relay team to a second place finish and a school record (10:03.97) at The Summit League Championship … Also ran on the 4x400-meter relay team and in the mile at the championship (Feb. 27-28) … Ran a personal-best 4:19.91 in the mile at The Summit League Championship, missing the top-10 by .03 seconds … Won the 1,000-meters at the Dakota Quad Classic with a 2:34.71, just missing the top-10 (Feb. 6).
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed six times … Opened the year with a season-best time in the 1,500-meters at the Mizzou Opener (March 19) … Closed the regular season with a third place finish at the Ron Masanz Classic in the 800-meters, clocking a PR time of 1:54.88 (May 1) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth place finish at The Summit League Championship (May 15).
