Riverside, Calif. - Sophomore
Alexis Guggisberg carded the low round of the touranment for the North Dakota women's golf team at the Battle at the Rock on Tuesday as the Green and White wrapped up the 54-hole event.
Guggisberg's 78 (+6) allowed her to tie junior
Olivia Knutson for the team's top honors as the duo tied for 21st in the individual standings.
Knutson was UND's top golfer during Monday's opening 36 holes and backed that up with an 81 (+9) to finish with a 244 (+28) three-round total on the Oak Quarry Golf Club layout.
Senior
Mikki Kromy tied for 31st and finished with a 253 (+37), while fellow co-captain Amanda Fairweater took 37th with a 263 (+47).
Freshman
Haily Abel equaled her season-low with an 83 (+11) in her final round. Abel finished 39th with a 268 (+52).
Tournament host UC Riverside cruised to the team title distancing themselves from the remainder of the eight-team field by 45 strokes with an 887 (+23) total.
Nex up for UND is Big Sky Championships set for April 19-21 at the Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Ariz.
