North Dakota head women's golf coach Travis Amendt announced the signing of Emersyn Walker.  Walker hails from Dupont, Washington and Charles Wright Academy where she was a three-sport athlete who also excelled in volleyball and basketball.

Walker led her team to a WIAA state championship as a freshman while also winning individually shooting 69 and 72.  She is a 2019 PNGA Junior Girls Semi-Finalist and placed 6^th in the High School National Championship at Pinehurst carding a three round tournament with scores of 76, 71, and 73. Walker's golf credentials don't start there, she won a Futures Champions Junior Tour Event in 2020 shooting 73 and 71 and qualified for the 2020 USGA women's four-ball championship.

A multi-sport athlete Walker garnered all-league honors in basketball and volleyball – with the volleyball accolade being first-team all-league.  Walker plans to study sports administration and religious studies at North Dakota.
