2002-03: Finished second in the 100 butterfly with a time of :47.84 ... Also second in the 200 butterfly ... Took sixth in the 200 yard individual medley at the national meet ... Was part of the third-place 200-yard medley relay team ... Was on the winning 400 medley relay team ... Member of 800-yard freestyle relay team that finished third ... Eighth in the 100 freestyle ... Won four events at the NCC meet, setting a new record in the 100 fly ... Named NCC Swimmer of the Year

2001-02: Finished second in both 100 and 200 butterfly at nationals ... Finished eighth behind teammate Rodrigo Cintra in 200 freestyle ... Took fifth in 100 freestyle ... Also was part of 400 and 800 freestyle relay squads which finished second, giving him six All-America awards at the 2002 meet ... NCC champion in the 200 IM, an event that UND finished 1-2-3 at NCC meet ... Broke NCC record with a winning time of 48.43 in the 100 butterfly ...
