Alex Burbach is in her third year as the assistant to athletics director Brian Faison. She oversees the day-to-day operations for the office of the director of athletics, and coordinates the administration of the Division 1 transition timeline, including assembling information, submissions, reports, and presentations.
Burbach also coordinates any special events requested by the director of athletics, including the UND Letterwinners Association Hall of Fame, Sioux-per Gala, Letterwinner events, airline charter travel, and fan travel.
Burbach also serves as the athletics department's representative for alumni events, Sioux-per Swing golf tournaments, and pre-game parties.
Burbach previously served as a marketing intern and director of Sioux Crew. She graduated from UND in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in communication, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in educational leadership.
Burbach is a native of Minot, N.D.
